تتشرف مجلة الآداب واللغات الصادرة عن كلية الآداب واللغات – جامعة أبي بكر بلقايد تلمسان بالإعلان عن حصولها على اعتماد معامل التأثير والاستشهادات المرجعية العربي "آرسيف Arcif" للعام الأكاديمي 2025، وذلك بعد استيفائها لجميع المعايير العلمية والفنية المعتمدة على المستوى العربي والدولي.
ويُعدّ هذا الإنجاز تتويجًا للجهود المستمرة التي تبذلها هيئة تحرير المجلة في سبيل ترسيخ جودة البحث العلمي وتعزيز النشر الأكاديمي الرصين، بما يواكب التطورات العلمية العالمية ويرتقي بمستوى الإنتاج المعرفي في جامعة تلمسان.
بهذه المناسبة، تتقدّم هيئة التحرير بجزيل الشكر والتقدير إلى فريق مبادرة "آرسيف Arcif" على جهودهم في تطوير أدوات قياس الأداء البحثي العربي، وإلى الأساتذة الباحثين والمقيمين والقرّاء الذين ساهموا في هذا النجاح المستحق
International Activities | Student Mobility within the Erasmus+ Program at the University of Tlemcen
The University of Tlemcen – Abou Bekr Belkaid was pleased to welcome two students from Comenius University in Bratislava as part of the Erasmus+ student mobility program for one academic semester.
The two students were warmly received by the Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations and the Erasmus+ Office team. They also had the opportunity to meet the Rector of the University during an official presentation session.
The students will be pursuing their studies at the Department of Arabic Language and Literature, joining the third-year undergraduate level. They were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty, the Head of Department, and members of the teaching staff.
The University of Tlemcen wishes them a fruitful and enriching academic and cultural experience, and hopes that this initiative will further strengthen the cooperation between the two partner institutions.
Webinar Series: Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research
Elsevier is pleased to invite researchers, lecturers, and academics to participate in a series of webinars dedicated to “Artificial Intelligence in Research”, taking place on October 14 and 16, 2025.
This virtual event aims to explore the current and emerging uses of artificial intelligence in the scientific field, with a special focus on its role in higher education, responsible research, and technological innovation.
Topics to be covered:
- Responsible Artificial Intelligence in research and higher education
- The scientific community’s experience with AI tools
- Practical demonstrations of Scopus AI and Science Direct AI
Coordination Meeting
Professor Abderrahmane Kherbouche, Dean of the Faculty, chaired a coordination meeting attended by Professor Azzedine Benissa, Vice-Dean in charge of Pedagogy, and Mr. Nabil Morsli, Secretary General of the Faculty.
The meeting brought together the heads of departments and fields, as well as the coordinators of the monitoring and supervision units. Discussions focused on distance learning through the Moodle platform, the establishment of an extended follow-up unit, the activation of students’ email accounts, and the creation of an online space dedicated to courses.
The meeting also addressed Ministerial Circular No. 11/65, concerning pedagogical matters throughout the academic pathway, from
enrolment to graduation.

Open Days at the Faculty of Arts and Languages
As part of the start of the academic year, the Faculty of Arts and Languages organized this morning a series of Open Days for new students.
The event was inaugurated by Professor Mourad Meghachou, Rector of the University, in the presence of Professor Kherbouche Abderrahmane, Dean of the Faculty. On this occasion, the Rector visited the various departments and encouraged the new students, administrative and teaching staff, support and guidance units, as well as student clubs, to make every effort to contribute to the development of the university.

Annonce à l’attention des nouveaux bacheliers – Journée d’Accueil (Welcome Day)
La Faculté des Lettres et des Langues informe l’ensemble des nouveaux étudiants titulaires du baccalauréat, inscrits en première année au sein de la faculté, que la Journée d’Accueil (Welcome Day) se tiendra le mercredi 24 septembre 2025.
La répartition des points d’accueil sera organisée comme suit :
- Hall du Département des Langues : pour les étudiants inscrits dans les filières de langue anglaise, langue française, langue espagnole et traduction.
- Hall principal de la Faculté : pour les étudiants inscrits dans les filières de lettres et arts.

Election of the President of the Scientific Council of the Faculty
Professor Kherbouche Abderrahmane, Dean of the Faculty, organized an official ceremony in honor of the Faculty's Scientific Council following the election of its new president.
This election, which was conducted under favorable conditions, resulted in the appointment of Professor Ouali Dada Abdelhakim as President of the Scientific Council.
During the closing ceremony, the council members and attendees unanimously emphasized the importance of collaborative work, strong commitment to the academic development of the faculty, as well as the promotion of scientific research, cultural activities, and the support of academic talent and competencies.

Coordination Meeting
As part of preparations for the new academic year, Mr. Abderrahman Kherbouche, Dean of the Faculty, chaired a coordination meeting this morning attended by:
- The Vice-Dean in charge of pedagogy,
- Heads of departments,
- Chairs of the scientific committees of the departments,
- Student support coordinators (Tutorat),
- The faculty's digitalization officer,
- And the head of the library.
The meeting focused primarily on:
- Preparations for the upcoming academic year,
- Digitalization of administrative, pedagogical, and library services,
- As well as the recommendations resulting from the meeting between the University Rector and the Deans of the faculties.

The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of preparations for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year
