The file to provide:
* Handwritten request signed by the supervisor and the department head
* The supervision document, downloaded from the faculty website
* The completed research steps, downloaded from the faculty website.
* Registration fees
* Copy of certificate of registration last year
* Minutes of an annual calendar for L.M.D students
* Student card
Note:
The deadline for re-registration is 10.31.2018.

Doctoral Competition 2018-2019.

- Online registration is mandatory from 16 to 25 September 2018: platform of the Ministry of Higher Education (MESRS) https://progres.mesrs.dz/webdoctorat.
- Applications must be submitted on the platform of the Ministry of Higher Education (MESRS) (https://progres.mesrs.dz/webdoctorat) and a paper copy to the vice-dean of the post-graduation of the faculty corresponding to the doctorate concerned by the date indicated above.
- Constitution of the application file:
*Handwritten application specifying the title of the doctorate (indicates mobile number and e-mail address)
*Cover letter (indicates mobile number and email address)
*Copy of the National Identity Card
*Copy of the baccalaureate
*Certified copies of diplomas: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree
*Transcripts: 1st and 2nd Cycle (License, Master 1, Master 2)
*Copy of the descriptive annex of the Master's degree (authenticated by the institution of origin for those outside Tlemcen University)
*Master's program. (For specialties outside Tlemcen University)
*02 Photos of identity
*02 Stamped envelopes addressed to the candidate's address
*Authorization of the employer organization for salaried candidates
