«Anthropological worlds in African arts: characteristics of multiple cultures of rooted peoples»
On December 12, 2023, the Anthropology and Religious Comparison Research Laboratory in coordination with the University of Western Erivo and the Laboratory of Artistic and Cultural Studies organized an international forum on: «Anthropological worlds in African arts: characteristics of multiple cultures of rooted peoples»
On the sidelines of the forum, an exhibition was also organized, presenting the artistic and creative works of the students of the department, with the participation of several cultural clubs.

The Closing of the third edition of the event - the doctoral week

The Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages supervised, on Thursday in the conference room, The Closing of the doctoral days, which took place on November 14-15-16, 2023.
First place went to students Meriem Al-Amrawi and Khadija Muwafaq, who will represent the Faculty of Letters and Languages in the final at Abu Bakr Belkaid University:
- Meriem Al-amrawi, first year student, English department, specialty: didactics, first place in the poster competition.
- Khadija Muwafaq, third year student, English department, specialty: didactics, first place in oral presentations.

PhD defense
On Tuesday 10/24/2023, the student -Darawi Meriem-discussed her doctoral thesis, first doctorate in sciences as “zero 0 paper” format,
Entitled “Curriculum issues with a view to the theory of literature and aesthetics”.
